Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and resources to create comprehensive solutions that deliver significant value. The architect ensures that these solutions are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, while also considering the broader impact on the company s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of solution effectiveness are key aspects of the daily routine, fostering innovation and driving transformational change.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive the alignment of solution architecture with business strategies and client requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve solution design and implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architectures.
- Familiarity with system integration techniques and data management strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
