Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to collect overdue payments.
• Document all interactions and payments in the system.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Report regularly to the Collection Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during collections.
• Resolve disputes and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (finance background preferred).
• Previous experience in collections or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation (if applicable).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
