Responsibilities: Field Recruitment II Screening • Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking • Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep a consistent pipeline of talent • Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools • Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates • Maintain job postings on the career page and all other employment websites. • Sourcing Relevant Profiles from Various Networking. • Understanding the Manpower Requirements Taking the feedback from the Candidate regarding the Interview. • Follow up until the candidate gets on board and closures have been made. • Candidates must be ready to go on field for campus hiring, job fair, etc. • Coordination with on-boarding team from all locations. • Daily updates on the all hiring. • Visiting different areas as per demand. • Headhunting, Networking, Database, Mass-Mailing, Job Posting, Etc. • Scheduling Interviews. > Requirement : 1. Candidates should be from Retail/FMCG/Telecom/e-Commerce/Warehouse & Logistics/Hospitality/BPO Industry background. 2. Should have hands on working experience in Non-IT profiles. 3. Must have experience in Bulk Hiring/Mass Hiring. 4. Excellent in English communication. 5. Preferred candidates from Manpower Consultancy/Staffing Agency. 6. Need Immediate Joiner (Max 30Days notice period)
