Job Description
Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Kukatpally , Hyderabad
Type: Full-time | Field & Office
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to help us promote our junior college/school, generate leads, and support our admissions team. The role includes both field marketing and digital/tele-calling support.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Marketing & Branding
- Visit schools, tuition points, gated communities and nearby hotspots to promote our institution and exams.
- Distribute pamphlets, flyers, standees, banners as per plan.
- Coordinate and support school seminars, events, MYSEAT-type exams, parent meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, tuition teachers, influencers, and local contacts.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Collect student & parent data from field activities, events, stalls, and enquiries.
- Share leads with the counsellor/admissions team and ensure proper tracking.
- Do basic follow-up calls to confirm interest, event attendance, and walk-ins.
3. Digital & Social Media Support (basic level)
- Share content and updates to WhatsApp groups, status, and basic social media posts.
- Coordinate with the digital team/management for running campaigns and tracking responses.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain a daily activity report (areas covered, schools visited, leads generated).
- Update Google Sheets / Excel with leads and activity details.
- Attend daily/weekly review meetings with the marketing manager/management.
- RequirementsEducation: 10+2 / Any Degree (Bachelor’s preferred, but not mandatory for strong candidates).
- Experience:
- Freshers welcome.
- Experience in field sales/marketing, education sector, or counselling is a plus.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (Telugu + basic English / Hindi).
- Confident in talking to parents, students, school staff.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Personal Qualities:
- Energetic and target-oriented.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Should be comfortable working on weekends / exam days / events (compensatory off can be given).
