Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Field Executive to acquire properties for rent. You'll work with property owners, identify new opportunities, and bring in new business. Having a bike (two-wheeler) is mandatory for on-the-go field visits. Experience in the rental department will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Identify & acquire properties for rent in assigned areas

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners

- Negotiate terms & agreements

- Meet acquisition targets and report progress daily

- Travel to property sites, meet owners, and complete paperwork on the field

Requirements:

- Experience in real estate, brokerage, or sales (preferred)

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable

- Basic knowledge of the local property market

- Must own a valid bike (two-wheeler) and willing to travel extensively

- Valid driving license & adherence to traffic rules

- Experience in rental department will be an added advantage
