Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Finance Associates under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client handling, documentation, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in clients and provide assistance regarding loan products and processes.

Handle client documentation accurately and ensure timely submission.

Support the sales process by explaining product details and assisting clients in completing formalities.

Maintain proper records and update data in system reports.

Prepare daily and weekly MIS/reports related to client visits, documentation, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing and client servicing.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during all client interactions.

Skills & Attributes:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of financial services or loan processes (preferred).

Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for report preparation.

Program Details:

Type: Apprenticeship (NAPS)

Stipend: ₹16,500 per month

Location : Hayathanagar,Kondapur ,Boyinapally &Vijayawada ,Ananthapur
