V2 Fitness zone is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage our gym’s front desk on a daily basis. As a front desk receptionist, you will be the face of the fitness club and must greet visitors/clients, answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner. This opportunity will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience. Roles and Responsibilities · Greet the customer’s as they arrive at the fitness club and make them comfortable. · Keep front desk organized and clutter free. · Maintain confidentiality of client information to ensure resident’s rights are protected. · Answer incoming phone calls about the club, provide information for callers. · Log all the enquiries in the computer. · Schedule customer appointments. · Show the Fitness club to the new customers.
