Job Description
Sit on Front Desk & handle the overall operations. Responsible for overall Centre operations. All the employees will directly report to you. To resolve the general & medical issues. Maintain the daily MIS, medical Inventory report, General inventory report. Maintain expense & Inflow reports on daily basis. Will take care of all grievances of the Centre whether it is medical or any issues. Daily task allocation to the employees. Handling the inside & outside issues (issues like: - if any theft happen then coordinating with the police and all.) This is just an example. Will be responsible for all the profit & loss of the Centre. Maintain daily hygiene & cleanliness of the center with the help of office boy / housekeeping personnel. Responsible for Centre inflow. Handle clients and employee grievances. Will be responsible for the overall decorum & discipline of the center. Will be the custodian of all personal mobile phones of all employees during working hours. No personal mobile should be allowed in the center between 10am and 7pm except during lunch time (1.30pm to 2pm). Will be responsible for all licences that are required for the smooth functioning of business. Should focus on cost control initiatives without compromising on quality.
