Job Description
The Corporate Office Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining an immaculate, hygienic, and highly organized indoor workspace. This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism, ensuring that premium office areas—such as executive cabins, conference rooms, workstations, and cafeterias—are kept pristine with zero disruption to daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workstation & Cabin Etiquette
* Dust, sanitize, and wipe down employee desks, laptops/monitors (using approved anti-static microfibers), and office chairs.
* Respect privacy and maintain strict document confidentiality—never disturb papers, devices, or personal items on employee desks while cleaning.
* Empty desk trash bins daily and ensure proper segregation of paper and dry corporate waste.
2. High-Priority Areas & Meeting Rooms
* Ensure boardrooms and meeting spaces are deep-cleaned, arranged, and "client-ready" before and immediately after every schedule.
* Clean and polish glass partitions, doors, and high-touch metallic surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons) continuously to remove fingerprints.
* Maintain the reception and lounge areas in a state of flawless presentation for visitors.
3. Cafeteria, Pantry & Restroom Hygiene
* Keep the office pantry/cafeteria continuously clean, wiping down countertops, dining tables, and managing waste disposal efficiently.
* Clean and sanitize office restrooms at regular intervals throughout the day, ensuring hand soaps, sanitizers, and paper towels are always stocked.
* Safely operate office appliances like coffee machines, microwaves, or water dispensers for basic external cleaning.
4. Professional Conduct & Safety
* Perform duties quietly and efficiently to maintain a peaceful workspace environment.
* Wear the provided Kassel Works uniform neatly, maintaining high standards of personal grooming.
* Follow strict safety protocols regarding chemical dilution and use proper "Wet Floor" signage to prevent workplace accidents.
