Greeting from AXA Guide, We are looking for the profile who can handle the entire Corporate Administration Activities and entire Head office/Branches. Designation : Senior Executive (Admin) Experience : 3-5 years Qualification: Any Degree/PG CTC : As per Company standards *Roles & Responsibilities: ·Vendor Management: Purchases, Collection and comparison of all quotations/finalizations, raising of all PR’s, follow up with vendors, passing bills, closely monitoring all the Office Works. ·Asset Management: Procurement of Assets – owned and rental, Maintenance- Need based AMC, disposable of assets, Asset Register verification, Branch Audit regarding Admin related assets. ·Housekeeping: Preparation of housekeeping schedule, checking of daily cleaning and housekeeping, MIS of housekeeping and other expenses, Maintains of Cafeteria/pantries, arrangements for celebrations of company. ·Printing & Stationery: Letterheads, Visiting cards, Banners, broacher’s, Diaries, Id cards, office stationery. Empaneling of Online/offline stationery vendor. ·Couriers/mail: Supervision on daily inward and outward of mails, distribution, contract finalization ·Security: Taking care of all security arrangement of company premises and deploying security guards for all lending/gold operating branches, Co-ordination with all guards/supervisors and with Security vendor. *** If any one interested and suitable this criteria please share your updated CV. --- Thanks & Regards Krishna Nds Human Resource Executive
