HR Executive – HR Operations (Suchirindia Group)
Position: HR Executive – HR Operations
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – Human Resources
Job Summary
The HR Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operational activities across Suchirindia Group. The role focuses on payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee records management, PF, ESI, and other HR administrative functions to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance Management
- Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records.
- Verify biometric attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance corrections and approvals.
- Generate daily and monthly attendance reports.
- Track employee absenteeism, late arrivals, and leave balances.
2. Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
- Generate salary statements and payroll reports.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
3. PF (Provident Fund) Administration
- Process employee PF registrations and exits.
- Upload and verify monthly PF contributions.
- Coordinate PF transfers, withdrawals, and UAN-related activities.
- Maintain PF records and ensure statutory compliance.
- Support employees in resolving PF-related issues.
4. ESI (Employee State Insurance) Administration
- Manage employee ESI registrations and updates.
- Ensure timely submission of ESI contributions.
- Coordinate employee ESI claims and documentation.
- Maintain ESI records and compliance requirements.
- Assist employees with ESI benefits and procedures.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and labor compliance.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare statutory reports and documentation as required.
6. Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee information in HRMS and payroll systems.
- Manage joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and record retention.
7. HR Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare HR operational reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain leave, attendance, payroll, PF, and ESI records.
- Generate monthly HR dashboards and compliance reports.
- Support management with HR data and analysis.
8. Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, PF, ESI, and leave.
- Assist employees with HR documentation requirements.
- Coordinate issuance of employment-related letters and certificates.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, PF, and ESI administration.

- Timely statutory submissions.
- Employee query resolution turnaround time.

- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, departments, and government authorities when required.
