URGENT_HIRING_ HR MANAGER_ HYDERABAD_PERMANENT POSITION COMPANY: GENESIS POWERONICS INIDA PVT LTD ROLE: HR MANAGER (Only Female) LOCATION: MADHURA NAGAR, HYDERABAD (WORK FROM OFFICE) EXP: 7 - 10YEARS DESCRIPTION: Please find the below details.  Area of Operations: Heading the Human Resource Dept. by continuously monitoring and performing of following area of operations. • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting and Understanding the Project requirements and making strategies to recruit manpower within the specified Budget, • Manage the entire recruitment process by collaborating with the functional Heads, the management, HR team and the manpower Consultant’s to develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain high quality manpower resources within reduced hiring cycle time. • Managing the functions pertaining to Induction, Separation, Transfers, Leaves, Attendance, Compensation activities in the division. • Performance Management: Implement Performance Management system for SBU and Handling the administration of performance management programmer, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for all staff members at projects and • Handling the pay revision exercise for all the employees SBU’s across India. • Goal Setting-Fixing of Annual Kras, Performance Appraisal, Performance Counseling & identifying scope for enhancing the same. • Annual performance review and counseling to the employees and forwarding the recommendation to Business Head.  Statutory Compliances: Contract Labour Matters, Industrial Laws, Disciplinary Procedure with the Provision of Law. Labour Department, Mining, and PF etc. Obtaining Permissions and Licenses. • Controlling Time Office, Absenteeism, Overtime. • Preparing and monitoring statutory reports under various legislations and producing to relevant authorities. Supervised adherence to provisions of PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act & Payment of Wages Act, canteen, wages, overtime, benefits, work-culture etc. conducting internal audits.  Induction Training: Company Overview (Business, Company Policies, Organization Culture, Working Process and Job Profile/KRA of Individual). • Imparted and Coordinate Induction Training.  Learning& Development: • Training Needs Identification through Performance Appraisals. • Coordinate Internal & External Training Program. • Tracking of Training Feedbacks. • To maintain monthly & annually training records and Training Data Base. • To maintain individual training records as per perceived Company Policy.  Compensation and Benefits: • Tracking of monthly attendance and preparing monthly salary statements, maintaining complete details of Employees, Creating various reports. • Adhering to compliance under various enactments like P.F., E.S.I, Bonus, Gratuity etc. • Preparing and settling of employee’s payroll, pay slips & annual leave payments, allowances etc. • Processing Medical & Salary Advances as well as full & final settlements and gratuity. Monitoring the generated pay sheet along with monthly Statutory returns from software. Handling matters of Insurance like Workmen Compensation, Medical claim, and Group Personal Accident Policy. • HR Process Audit & HRIS • Preparation & Maintenance of HR MIS reports. • Maintenance of employee database both in soft and hard copies to capture all details of the employees. • Internal auditor for HR processes & statutory compliances under various acts-CLRA, EPF etc. • Responsible for HRIS for all Projects • Administration Activities: Handling of Admin activities of the Company  Time & Leave Management: • Exit Formalities: Handling of Existing Formalities
