Responsibilities of candidates include: • Dear Concern, We are hiring - HR Recruiters (IT & Non IT) Job Description * Candidates who has worked and managed different types of recruitment (contractual hiring, consulting, placement, C2H, full time etc) for big IT MNCs clients and partners like IBM, Oracle, Infosys, Wipro, TechM, TCS, Ericsson, HCL Telecom provider etc will be preferred. * Experience of working with IT consulting placement company will be preferred * Sourcing and recruiting experience with latest & niche technologies like Telecom OSS / BSS like Oracle BRM, OSM etc Advance Java, JS/Angular, Pega, Appian, Data scientist, QA, Functional Analysts, ERP (SAP or Oracle), Cloud experts like GCP, AWS etc. * Work closely with the client delivery managers and sales/vendor management . * Responsible for full recruitment life cycle - Review JD, analyze the vacancy, Strategies hiring process, source profiles via different channels, manage interview to hire stage until onboarding and successful placement internally or for clients. * Mange business stakeholders, client and hiring managers expectations and do business development * Research and analyze new international markets and new recruiting techniques, tools and sources (like indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, monster, Google X-ray Search, Boolean search) etc. Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software is must. * Familiar with HR process including offer making, onboarding, accounting, payroll processing, taxation, company policies etc, Salary: 12-15,000/Month Incentive: 1500/Extra Hire.
