We are looking for creative, customer-centric, and design-oriented professionals who can combine aesthetics with sales and help customers confidently transform their homes.

Role OverviewAs a Home Colour & Decor Consultant, you will work closely with homeowners to understand their preferences, recommend suitable color palettes, create visual mockups, and suggest decor enhancements that elevate the overall look and feel of the space.

This role combines interior styling, customer consultation, visualization, and premium solution selling.

• Key Responsibilities

• Customer ConsultationUnderstand customer requirements, lifestyle preferences, and home aesthetics
• Recommend suitable wall colors, textures, and paint finishes
• Guide customers on room-wise color themes and combinations
• Help customers visualize the final outcome before project execution
• Visual Mockups & StylingCreate room mockups and visual concepts using design tools
• Develop mood boards and decor suggestions
• Suggest complementary decor ideas including lighting, curtains, wall art, furniture combinations, wooden finishes, accent walls, indoor plants, and accessories
• Sales & UpsellingPromote premium painting solutions and designer finishes
• Upsell texture paints, feature walls, and decor enhancements
• Improve customer confidence and conversion through visual presentations
• Work closely with sales teams to increase project value
• Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained
• Assist customers during design selection and approval process
• Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of colors, aesthetics, and interior styling
• Good visualization and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to customers
• Basic understanding of residential interiors and decor trends
• Customer-facing confidence and interpersonal skills
