Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled Involved in Preliminary screening and CV short listing. Sourcing the candidates from social network like Linkedin, Recruitment portals & Free posting sites. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Responsible for Job positing and mass mailing in the portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates for different levels. Salary Negotiation as well as coordinating the other aspects with the selected candidates. Keeping in touch with the offered candidates and keeping them well informed till the time they join. Responsible for taking care of employee referrals programs. Handling walk-In’s for volume hires. Creating and maintain comprehensive candidate database. As well as working Internal requirements & fulfilling the position.
