Job Description

Job Summary: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing detailed candidate profiles and insights.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, providing coaching and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related role, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
