About NumNam

NumNam is a Hyderabad-based baby food brand founded by two doctors — a Cardiac Surgeon and an Interventional Cardiologist. We make real, clean food for babies aged 6 months and above — no MSG, no hidden sugars, no inflammatory oils. Formulated with German nutrition standards and made for Indian families. We have 8 SKUs live and we're growing fast.

• What You'll Do
• Own NumNam's marketing calendar — plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces
• Create or brief content (reels, posts, packaging inserts, doctor-facing collateral)
• Manage our social media presence — grow our community of parents and caregivers
• Work with the field agent to build sales tools — product brochures, paediatrician kits, shelf talkers
• Track what's working and what's not — report weekly on reach, engagement, and leads
• Coordinate with the founders directly — this is a lean team, your work will be seen
• Who We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably FMCG, D2C, or health & nutrition brands
• Comfortable creating basic content (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent) — we're not looking for a designer, but you should be hands-on
• Strong written communication in English and Telugu/Hindi
• Someone who genuinely cares about what goes into a baby's food
• Startup mindset — you'll wear multiple hats and that should excite you, not scare you
• Bonus PointsExperience with baby, mother, or wellness brands
• Basic knowledge of Amazon/Blinkit/quick commerce listings
• Prior experience working directly with founders
