Job Responsibilities: • Register and generate MR number to all the patients who steps into E.R & OPD without any delay . • Ensure of right billing for the right investigations to the right person. • Explain the OP tariff correctly and cleanly • Explain the prerequisites for investigation • Ensure that patients have appointments for where needed. • Maintain an updated list of services available/not available. • Collect cash or payment by credit cards ,Paytm& cheques. • Tallying cash with scroll. • Submitting cash as per scroll. • Hand over cash to cashier or make sure it has been handed over . • Authorized credit cards to be specified. • Dues bills to be entered in the dues files. • Concession and refunds to be done with proof. • Any changes to be done in the software to be given in writing and followed up. • Any changes in the tariff to be updated by the EDP. • Collection of OP Feedback forms. • Maintain the Q management token system. • Complete the entries in the software. • Be responsible for the stores of the departments. • Ensure cleaning and maintenance of the department. • Co ordinate with Op billing regarding patient appointments/ doctors availability. • Co ordinate with admission department for patient’s admission. • Fix appointments for Radiological investigations and other departmental investigations as required. • Maintain the record for the health check patients coming into hospitals and also the present the monthly statistics of the patients
