Job Summary:

The PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to the construction and installation of pre-engineered buildings. The role involves managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to the construction of pre-engineered buildings.

- Ensure that the construction site is safe, clean, and organized at all times.

2. Project Coordination:

- Liaise with the Project Manager to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications.

3. Resource Management:

- Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

- Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.

4. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

- Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly.

5. Safety Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
