Calibrating equipment utilizing approved testing procedures; monitoring quality control measures and protocols. 4. Identifies any IQC outliers and purpose CAPA accordingly. 5. Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support accurate results. 6. Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses 7. Identifies and communicates abnormal patient conditions to nursing wards by alerting supervisory personnel. 8. Use computers and perform mathematical calculations for the preparation of graphs 9. Maintains patient confidence by keeping laboratory information confidential. 10. Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelled & Keep laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock Secondary Responsibility: Commitment to working the hours required to fulfil the job, including flexibility of working as suggested by Lab Quality Assurance Department (QAD).
