MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support management decision-making and improve business operations at Car Affair. The role involves managing data systems, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update management information systems (MIS)
• 
  
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for different departments
• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to identify trends and insights
• Support the management team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and systems
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs
• Monitor and improve data collection and reporting processes
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 
  
• Proven experience working as an MIS Executive or similar role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of database management and reporting software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
