Selected candidate will be a Trainee under probation for a period of six months after which, based on the learning and achievement of assigned sales targets, he or she will be confirmed as a 'Consultant' for Mutual Fund sales. Salary: During the training period of the first 6 months, a take-home salary of Rs. 12500/- p.m. will be paid. After confirmation, the pay will be revised to Rs. 15000/- p.m. Over-achievement of sales targets will be rewarded through incentives in addition to the fixed salary. Training: Selected candidate will attend a week's online induction/training program, conducted through Google Meet or Zoom app. Hence, the candidate must ensure active and continuous internet connection on smartphone or laptop during the induction and afterwards, in the daily course of business. Job location: Presently the organization is on the lookout for candidates in non-metro locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, who are willing to travel to travel if required, to the nearby towns from their places of residence to meet prospects and procure business.
