Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: Oversee day to day operations interns of accounts and sales operations. Preparation of regular invoicing as per financial terms agreed and collection of cash dues from clients. Routine follow-up for payment from the clients. Understanding the issues in invoices after submission and correction of the same. Act as point of contact for all financial and operational verticals. Timely reporting of MIS data to management. Management of clients invoice data on monthly basis. Identification of risk in the business and escalation to management. Preparation of daily /weekly/ by weekly/ monthly/quarterly data and presentation to the management. Work in Excel for Data entry like day to day cash entries, data entry of marketing executive (absentee Statement, Time Log sheet), Data entry of Stock. Handling Imprest Cash for day to day work preparation of payment vouchers, distribution of cash, maintain cash discipline. Maintain Record keeping of all accounting and purchase files, book keeping. Maintain journal entries of day to day cash transaction in excel Day to Day follow up of Credit collection and maintain register and excel for the same. Handling other Administrative work. Bank Clerical Work., Preparing Voucher Handling Cash and Calculation and vouching Log sheet Co-ordination with site Making Registers Collection of Payments from all debtors party Searching Internet in debtors mails • Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, card, and making hotel and restaurant reservations • Screen phone calls and route callers • Use the computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research • Greet and assist visitors • Maintain polite and professional communication by phone, email, and regular mail
