Roles and Responsibilities :- Strong experience in hiring OPT candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs. Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding. Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market. Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099. Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants. Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. Maintaining active database of OPT candidates. Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Maintaining good database for the follow. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing. Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants. Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.-Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding Required Candidate profile :- Any Graduate Experience of 3 to 7 years experience in US IT Staffing company as OPT recruiter Having exposure of using various sites and campus connect for hiring of OPT/CPT/ H1B and TN visa holders, EADs on to company bench Perks and Benefits Best compensation, Unmatched Perks & Benefits, monthly recurring incentives.
