Office location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Timings: CST 9am - 6pm / IST 7:30pm to 4:30am This is complete work from Office role. Job Description: • We are hiring OPT recruiters. • They should possess good knowledge on various technologies in the US-IT Market. • Have to pull the students resume from Job portals, Universities, Networks and have to talk to them, explain or educate them about Careers, Goals, Objectives. • They must work from our Offshore location Madhapur, Hyderabad Responsibilities: • Should be able to educate the consultants about careers, goals, objectives great knowledge of various market technologies source candidates using job boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, free job sites etc... • Posting advertisements in University sites and various Job Portals. • Should be able to get OPT/H1B transfer/project transfer resources from their own database and referrals. • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in various platforms posting ads on University sites and various job portals. Fresher’s are also most welcome. This is complete work from office role.
