Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with configuring and managing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system stability.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and version control.
- Capability to align technical solutions with business requirements while maintaining performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Purview.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
