Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer works closely with various teams to maintain compatibility and performance, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of the applications are essential to provide seamless user experiences and support business operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to extend functionality.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with release management and system stability best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
