Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Pharmacists as well as interns to join our team as Client Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our existing clients, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing post-delivery support. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up with prospective clients to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Place and manage orders on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Initiate and coordinate deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment of orders.

Offer post-delivery support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Follow up with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.


For Experienced Pharmacists:

Valid PCI certificate and experience certificates.

Proven experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

For Interns:

Zeal for learning new things and brainstorming ideas for growth.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Enthusiasm for contributing to the team's success and learning from experienced professionals.

Additional Information:

This is a backend job with a focus on client coordination and support.

Commission will be offered on new business closed by the employee, with an additional earning potential of ₹45,000-₹50,000 per month.
