1. Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals "2. Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed " 3. Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution 4. Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable 5. Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy 6. Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals 7. Review project implementation and gather data on project execution 8. Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution 9. Monitoring day to day operations. 10.  Checking the daily progress reports against planned. 11. Monitoring & making weekly planned Vs Progress reports. 12.      Reconciliation of material consumption Vs Work executed reports 13.      Quality assuring in the progress of work 14.      Material quality checking randomly 15.      Coordinating with the contractors for the progress of work 16.      Conducting Weekly meetings with the contractors and site staff 17.      Conducting Monthly reviews with Contractors 18.  Assuring daily reports to reach QS process on daily basis. 19.  Checking availability of resources with the contractors 20.  Reporting to CEO about the reviews & progress, weekly & monthly. 21.  Ensuring the receipts, of material receipts / consumption reports reach QS Weekly 22.  Ensuring the verification of bills in one day and bills cycle maintained every 15 days and Adhoc payment to Labour contractors on weekly basis. 23.  Monthly progress report and development summery report to be sent to customer care process every month 2nd 24.  Responsible to co-ordinate with villa owners.
