ABOUT US:

CNC TECHNICS has been involved in the design, manufacturing and applications of multi axes CNC filament winding machines and accessories for the past 2 decades. Headed by a first-generation technocrat from one of the premier engineering institutions in the world and ably supported by an excellent team of over 50 engineers and technicians, CNC Technics strives to design and manufacture filamentwinding machines at very affordable costs. 

The filament winding machine manufacturing activity is kept within the 40,000 sqft of covered area equipped with CNC machining, lathe and milling centers, apart from various critical equipment and a host of quality control equipment. The entire machine design is done inhouse in our design department. 

High standards of engineering coupled with sourcing of critical components from world renowned companies like SIEMENS, THK, GATES, FENNER, HIWIN, BONFIGLIOLI, TATA, IGUS, ZKL etc, contribute to the high reliability of the machine. 

Our present Clientele is over 300 machines, spread across 25 countries including 

USA, Russia, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Qatar, Australia, Netherlands, Vietnam, Thailand, Kuwait, Dubai, Turkey, Brazil, Venezuela, Singapore, Ukraine, Luxembourg, India and so on.

Quality Control Engineer:

a) Experience: 2-6 years’ experience in Quality Control (Manufacturing /

Fabrication / CNC)

b) Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or relevant discipline

c) Location: Unit-2 Gandhi Nagar Industrial Area, Hyderabad, Telangana 500037

d) Salary: 22000/- to 30000/- Per Month

Responsibilities:

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

•      Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out parts, and components.

•      Verify material test certificates (MTC), drawings, and specifications.

•      Identify and report non-conforming materials.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

•      Monitor production processes at various stages.

•      Conduct dimensional and visual inspections as per control plans.

•      Ensure adherence to drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.

•      Coordinate with production for corrective actions.

Final Quality Control (FQC)

•      Inspect finished products before dispatch.

•      Ensure packing and labeling meet customer requirements.

•      Approve products for dispatch and release quality clearance.

Documentation & Records

•      Maintain inspection reports, quality check sheets, and logs.

•      Prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions.

•      Support ISO / IATF / customer audits with required documents.

Quality Improvement

•      Assist in root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

•      Support continuous improvement activities.

•      Train shop-floor employees on quality awareness.

Customer & Vendor Interaction

•      Handle customer quality issues and feedback.

•      Support supplier quality evaluation and audits if required.

Skills & Competencies

•      Knowledge of engineering drawings & GD&T

•      Experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, CMM – if applicable)

•      Understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards

•      Basic knowledge of SPC, 7 QC tools

•      Good documentation and reporting skills
