Responsibilities • Takes care of Customer experience, Customer escalations & Customer engagement and training . • Analyzes quality assurance and compliance data and publishes the reports. • Defining solutions to quality management issues. • Drive the implementation/execution of quality improvement processes. • Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. • Validating Crucial medical data ( Lab Report ) Skill Set: • Self managed Motivated and must have past experience in peoples management • Must have previous experience in lab management ( Policy, Procedure ,compliance and team management ) • Good Knowledge of XL Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Science/ Healthcare/ Physiotherapy/BSC / MSC MLT + PGDHA / MHA • Minimum 3 year’s experience
