Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online platforms, etc.)

* Understand client requirements and provide suitable property or product options.

* Conduct site visits / client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closures and client satisfaction.

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

* Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings
