ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep good relations with existing and new clients. Source new sales chances and close active sales to achieve goals. Find likely customers and establish contact to promote real estate sales. Improve sales schemes and attract new customers. Conduct regular team meetings, sales events, and training programs and keep the team up-to-date with market and Real Estate knowledge. Organize site visits and convert maximum site appointments into sales SKILLS: Capability to grow in a competitive atmosphere Should have decent knowledge in Real Estate sales & marketing Should have outstanding sales/negotiation Must have awareness of the Geographical location of Hyderabad NOTE: If you feel this is a right job fit for you, Fresher’s with excellent communication & negotiation skills, who are self-driven and active can also apply.
