Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify new customers within the customer environment. • Be proactive in building productive and trustworthy relationships with customers. • Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, and information regarding ongoing projects of the company. • Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls, and E-mails. • Should have an understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions. • Generate new opportunities. • Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompanying their on-site visits. • Sales of Residential Open Plots by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties. • Capable of reaching monthly sales targets. • Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager. Experience & Qualification: 12th pass or any bachelor’s degree • 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales (Open plots sales Experience Preferred). Required Skills: • ·Telugu language preferred • Able to work well under pressure and in target-oriented situations • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills • Good attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹13000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on an interview done) Supplemental pay types: Incentives • Ability to commute/relocate to site locations if required. Experience: • total work: 1- 2 years (Preferred)  Two-wheeler and android mobile are mandatory.
