Job Description
Patient Reception & Assistance:
Greet patients warmly, manage front desk operations, and guide patients regarding consultation flow and clinic procedures.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
Book, reschedule, and manage doctor appointments efficiently while ensuring minimal waiting time for patients.
Patient Registration & Data Management:
Collect patient details, maintain accurate records in the system, and ensure proper documentation for diabetes reversal programs.
Communication Support:
Handle patient inquiries via phone or in-person, provide basic information about services, and coordinate with doctors and staff.
Billing & Payment Assistance:
Assist in billing processes, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash and transaction records.
Clinic Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and support patient flow for diabetes care programs.
