Recruitment Lead/scout (RL) would be responsible for meeting Driver hiring targets at Lithium. will be responsible for attracting and developing cost effecive resourcing channels for driver recruitment 1 Planning recruitment of Drivers for new businesses and backfill in case of attrition 2 Utilising resourcing channels for fulfilling hiring requirements within stipulated timelines 3 Activating recruitment engine and directly supervising recruitment team for creating resource pipelines for specified territories 4 Expansion and Preservation of driver database in structured format 5 Executing recruitment process for every incoming driver partner 6 Utilizing tools and designated workflows for obtaining necessary sanctions 7 Preparation of Progress reports on unfulfilled demands 8 Issuance of Partnership documents to every selected partner, creation of partner ids, intimation to 3rd parties for supporting services
