Sales Co-ordinator

Sneha Holidays is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to handle holiday packages, customer inquiries, itinerary planning, and end-to-end travel coordination. The candidate should be enthusiastic about the travel industry and capable of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages (domestic & international).
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and tour proposals.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transportation.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners for confirmations.
• Manage customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication.
• Maintain client records and follow up for payments, confirmations, and feedback.
• Resolve customer queries before, during, and after the trip.
• Promote seasonal packages and upsell services (travel insurance, activities, etc.).
• Ensure smooth operations and provide daily reporting to management.

• Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotel categories, and tour activities.
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing portals / travel software (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Computer skills: MS Office, Email drafting, WhatsApp business tools.
