Preferable MBA-Marketing, BBA. • Knowledge & Experience of Sales, Marketing & Business Development Operations • Product & General Automotive Business Knowledge • Customer Handling Skills Goals • Ensure Customer Satisfaction • Ensure Hyundai Standard operation procedures are maintained. • Increase Market Share & Ensure profitability job Main Tasks • Being the key contact between the Business, Sales team, customers and other stake holders. • Ensure all the planned Marketing activities or Events implemented as per the schedule. • Should check and do necessary arrangements a day before the marketing event. • Arranging the KIOSK at the deputed places with prospects in order to demonstrate the customers about our vehicles. • Should reach potential customers via telephone, email and face to face through various events conducted. • Should capture all customer information as per format and follow-up should be maintained. • Generate leads and turn them into opportunities for sales. • Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing events. • Assisting with the general running of the marketing department and being willing and flexible to take on any marketing tasks when asked • Other than regular activities should identify opportunities for new business within the market. • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry. • Proposing New Ideas for driving traffic and brand our awareness. • Assisting with the production of marketing collateral – sourcing quotes, liaising with the external marketing and digital agencies to produce artwork for campaign activity • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers as well as vendors. • Ensuring all administration related to Marketing team is completed effectively. • Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell.
