Job Description
- Designation: Relationship Manager (B2B Sales)
- Identify and approach potential partners in the region to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to present company offerings and business models.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective partners.
- Manage the complete partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular partner visits and engagement activities.
- Track partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize growth.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed regional sales and acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner acquisition.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits across the region.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
