Roles and Responsibilities: • Will be responsible for complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. • Will be responsible for advertising and marketing Job Description: • Ability to generate leads through various channels like social media, real estate platforms, etc. • Communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs and share the appropriate project details with them. • Follow up with leads and convert them to sales • Able to organize common meeting with client and the builder for finalizing the sale. • Coordinate with the builder and the client to ensure all the required documents are arranged and signed. • Explain the payment schedule to the customer and follow up until receipt of payment • Build and promote strong and long lasting customer relationship. • Update all the necessary information related to sales and closings to the management in prescribed formats. • Perform real estate market analysis to stay in sync with the current market trends and best practices Desired Profile: • Looking for a graduate with Min 2 years’ experience in real estate sales. • Should have good communication and negotiation skills • Must be fluent in Telugu, English and Hindi • Should be target oriented and customer focused with good analytical skills • Should have the ability to build network with potential clients and local businesses
