Roles & Responsibilities: · Identify new customers within the customer environment. · Be proactive in building productive and trustworthy relationships with customers. · Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, and information regarding ongoing projects of the company. · Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls, and Emails. · Generate new opportunities. · Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompanying them on on-site visits. · Should have an understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions. · Sales of Hi-Rise residential properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties. · Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
