Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting mobile phones and accessories, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent shopping experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to drive store sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and gadgets.
• Explain product features, specifications, offers, and warranties.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell accessories, extended warranties, and other value-added services.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required.
• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, brands, and market trends.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
