Urgent Hiring We are looking for Sales Manager position for leading Real Estate Company at Begumpet, Hyderabad. Position: Sales Manager *Compensation:*10,000 + (Rs.25,000 to Rs.1,00,000 Per sale along with attractive benefits) Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM Complete Training and support will be provided to do min. 2 sales per month Share your resume Walk-in @ 4th Floor, Prabha Plaza, Above Central bank of India, Prakashnagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Job Roles & Responsibilities: • To generate leads for ongoing projects. • Responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, closing sales and maintaining good customer relationships. • Responsible for direct sale of residential Plots, Apartments, Villas, farmlands etc for projects in and around Hyderabad. • Organizing site visits and making it lead to an effective sales closure. • Execute, manage complete sales process with effectiveness and achieve sales targets. • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer queries and closing sales. • Maintaining relationship with all the potential & existing clients to fulfill the targets given per month. • Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
