Job Description
- Promote and sell event tickets, weekend getaway packages, and Glasswings memberships.
- Communicate with leads through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DMs, and field interactions.
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with the backend and event teams for attendee confirmations.
- Assist in creating basic promotional content (messages, small captions, offers).
- Build long-term relationships with community members.
- Participate in events for on-ground support (if required).
