Note: In Apna Portal We are Unable to Chose our Correct Location our Location is (Keabiotech Private Limited Shop No 105 & 106,Akshardham Complex(1st Floor) Plot NO. 214 to 217, Pothireddypally, Sangareddy-502001 Responsibilities: Roles and responsibilities for sales 1.Develop a strategy to maximize revenue through different channel partners such as Online, Distributors, Broker, Retailer Relations. 2.Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. 3.Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region. 4.Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets. 5.Coordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer. 6.Liaise with the rest of the team on a day-to-day basis to obtain all new sales leads. 7.Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills along with convincing abilities 8.Generate volume of business with good margin by Identifying potential customers Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. 9.Gathering market and customer information and overall monitoring of the Servicing activities to ensure that the down time at locations are at low levels & improving. . A. Roles and responsibilities for marketing: 1.Carrying out maker research to keep Up-to-date with customer trends as well predict future trends. 2.Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadband, online platforms for branding and sale. 3.Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating report. 4.Supervising sales and marketing progress 5.Development of branding strategies for the company and projects, preparation of media plans, coordination with creative designers and ad agencies, preparation of online and offline sales & marketing plan. 6.To take complete responsibility of marketing and sales strategies 7.Supervising advertising and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding. 8.Maintaining a database of prospective client information Key Skilled and Requirement: 1.Having Minimum 3+ years of work experience in sale and marketing job as leader in pharma related products Must be well versed with all the sales and marketing concepts and should be innovative in approaching the work. 2.A team player with a high level of dedication and hardworking skill to promote sale of products. Should have good communication skill with fluent in spoken and written English. Education: UG: B.
