Job Description
You are responsible for: 1. To prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. 2. Setup CEO travel arrangements. 3. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors. 4. To Maintain CEOs calendar. 5. To Prepare and maintain CEO's expense report. 6. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. 7. To create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. 8. Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner. 9. Meet and greet clients and visitors. 10. To perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. 11. To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. 12. To coordinate with project-based work. 13. Provide personal administrative support to CEO. 14. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction 15. The above mentioned duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive 16. In addition to the above you are also responsible for the duties and responsibilities which are entrusted to you by the management from time to time. Candidate should have good communication skills • Represent a senior official in the company • Will be responsible for managing meetings, manage the telephone and travel
