• 1 -4 years of experience into Domestic Recruitment. • Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find viable candidates. • Utilizing Networking to source and secure a broader network of candidates. • Calling warm and cold leads, either for referrals or to share the job opportunity. • Front line screening of resume submissions. • Maintenance of applicant tracking system for assigned openings. • Phone Interviews with potential candidates. • Managing on-site interview process, including but not limited to designing interview questions and selection metrics for assigned openings. • Successful candidates will have proactive customer-service focus to respond effectively to hiring needs. • Must be able to work well under pressure juggling multiple tasks as well as work effectively with a wide range of staff and external candidates • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. • A strong knowledge of appropriate employment laws and regulations is required, and International Recruiting experience is strongly preferred. • High Energy; Highly Motivated Personality • Willingness to work to achieve daily results • Possess fresh ideas and an innovative mindset
