Job Description
The Presales engineer shall be someone who represents Nanospan’s innovative and disruptive concrete durability additive “Spanocrete” products for the customers. He/she is experienced and understands the concrete industry, customers, and the Quality Assurance and Control aspects of the concrete additives and admixtures. They enable the techno commercial sale of Spanocrete. Their responsibilities include Articulate Nanospan’s nano concrete product and its USP to Customers Pre Sales support of concrete nano durability additives Coordinate customer trials & deployment at the customer site. Training of customer teams on the use of Nanospan’s product Willing to travel Compensation includes Salary & Sales commissions Location: Hyderabad Customer facing Skills and responsibilities Appraise customers on the product USP, quality and awareness. Must have thorough knowledge in preparing concrete mixes of market choice. Conduct pre pour and post pour inspection, Resolve customer complaints on all technical matters. Technical presentations to the customers. Updating daily and monthly customer activity records during the sales phase Coordinate with Nanospan technical staff and engineering team to meet customer needs. Using knowledge of the product, market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
