As a Senior Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer acquisition process. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating our company's value proposition, and persuasively closing sales deals. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage in proactive sales conversations.
• Identify prospects' needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Proven track record of success in telecalling or telesales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport and persuade others.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Fluency in Hindi & English is a plus.
