Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer (MEP) – Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist in supervising and monitoring MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B-Tech graduates eager to build their career in site engineering by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations and ensure work matches desig drawings and safety standards.

 Perform daily site inspections to check work quality, progress, and compliance with safety rules.

 Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site staff to resolve issues and ensure

smooth work flow.

 Support site documentation, including preparation of reports and as-built drawings.

 Participate in safety briefings and help enforce safety protocols on site.

 Learn to read technical drawings, schedules, and project plans accurately.

 Help identify and resolve minor technical or site challenges under guidance.

Required Skills :

 Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.

 Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

 Eagerness to learn technical and site management skills.

 Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

 Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
